Registers of Scotland have advised that the Fast Track service will not launch until early Autumn
From 19 August 2025 Registers of Scotland are increasing fees for Plans Reports and at the same time discontinuing the Level 2 report. Registers of Scotland are suggesting a standard turnaround time of 3 working days.
The new fees to include our administration fee are noted below.
Basic Report (previously Level 1) – £126.67 + VAT
Standard Report (previously Level 3) – £176.67 + VAT
Cannot be completed report – £81.67 + VAT
Registers of Scotland are also introducing a “Fast Track” service where, in certain circumstances, it will be possible to get the report returned same day. This will be dependent on Registers of Scotland capacity and instructions being received by us by 9.30am. The fee to include our administration fee for the “Fast Track” service are noted below.
Basic Report (previously Level 1) – £211.67 + VAT
Standard Report (previously Level 3) – £311.67 + VAT
