All of the deed plans we produce are based on current Ordnance Survey data and meet the requirements for land registration with the Registers of Scotland.
We can undertake site visits to ensure accuracy and plot new features using the latest GNSS technology.
Complex Titles and Boundary Investigations
We are experienced in dealing with complex title issues and can show the current extent of a property made up from multiple titles. We also carry out title investigations to establish the precise extent or residue of any particular subjects.
Estate Plans and Additional Detail
Our team can prepare estate-type plans showing the whole subjects and any split-offs or securities, together with additional detail such as surrounding ownership data or servitude rights where required.
We also work closely with the searching side of the business to identify any missing deeds and obtain copies where necessary.
